Not your usual health-industry executive, Gil Bashe has had a unique career shaped by more than thirty years in health and environmental policy, medical marketing, digital health, and venture capital, and informed by his determination to give back.

A champion for health innovation that sustains people’s lives and improves their care, Gil Bashe honed his perspectives on both the battlefield and boardroom. He started in health as a combat medic in an elite paratrooper unit.

Gil Bashe went on to serve as a health products industry lobbyist, a leading executive in several global communication agencies, CEO of one of the world’s largest integrated health marketing companies, a portfolio-company CEO and a limited partner in a top private equity firm, as Medika Life and BeingWell editor-in-chief, and, proudly now as Chair of Global Health and Purpose at FINN Partners, a global communication agency dedicated to making a difference through its clients.
